Transformation Office Program Manager (Education Industry)


Singapore/Hong Kong


The role:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Transformation Project Manager to join the CEO Transformation Office.

This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating project activities to ensure the successful delivery of value creation and organizational transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Transformation Program Management

  • Lead and manage multiple transformation projects, orchestrating Value Creation Plan (VCP)

initiatives to drive synergies and achieve strategic transformation goals.


Project Governance

  • Oversee project timelines, quality standards, risk management, and benefits realization to ensure successful and timely delivery.


Risk Management

  • Proactively identify, report, and support the mitigation of project risks and issues.


Cost-Benefit Analysis & Performance Tracking

  • Support the development of cost-benefit analyses, monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates.


Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with various EiM function teams to champion VCP initiatives. Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.


Strategic Collaboration

Partner with the HH Portfolio Development Capability team to effectively integrate process

management with transformation strategy.


Requirements:


  • 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or transformation roles.
  • Background in a Big 4 firm or MBB with implementation experience preferred. Prior experience
  • managing transformation projects is essential; exposure to M&A integration or post-merger
  • integration (PMI) is a plus.
  • Strong capability in leading change initiatives and managing diverse stakeholders. Excellent
  • communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated initiative and a results-driven mindset.
  • A genuine passion for driving organizational change through structured initiatives and innovative
  • project management.
