Job Title: Junior Data Analyst (Product Operations)

Job Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantitative Data Management: Extract and clean data using SQL; create standardized spreadsheets and dashboards (e.g., Superset) to validate product hypotheses.
• Non-Quantitative Data Collection: Conduct competitive analysis and develop methodologies for small-sample data gathering.
• Hypothesis Validation & Insights: Analyze data to validate product hypotheses and present findings to stakeholders.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Document data processes and ensure data integrity with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years in data analysis or product support roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Superset preferred), and spreadsheet automation (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Strong operational mindset and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic Python/R knowledge for data cleaning.
• Background in product operations/analytics and market research skills.
