About The Team
The Customer Learning team within the Scaled Solutions Organization provides evolving learning experiences for LinkedIn Talent Solutions customers to enable, inspire, and compel strong adoption and success.
This position is based in Singapore and reports to the APAC Manager for Customer Learning, based in Sydney, Australia.
About The Role
We are seeking an innovative customer-centric professional with experience and expertise in customer program management, educational content development and delivery of training to an external audience. This person will be a primary driver of product adoption through impactful training experiences tailored to diverse markets within a specific region.
A core responsibility of this role is designing, delivering, and refining engaging, locally relevant learning experiences that align with LinkedIn’s global Customer Learning strategy. This person will work closely with and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to ensure global educational initiatives are thoughtfully adapted to regional needs – ultimately fostering deeper customer engagement and confidence in using LinkedIn products. Collaboration is central to this role and this person will collaborate with local and global stakeholders across multiple functions including Core Content LXDs, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Knowledge Management, Insights and more.
The ideal candidate is customer focused, data-driven, partnership-minded and has a passion for customer training and an understanding of adult learning principles. This person also exhibits critical thinking by identifying and resolving risks by strategically recommending structural program enhancements and clearly communicating the trade-offs and benefits of different approaches based on impact to LinkedIn and the customer. At all times this person will champion the voice of our customers, using feedback and insights to evolve our Customer Learning strategy and proactively deliver training solutions tailored to customers’ anticipated needs.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate market tailored virtual and in-person training experiences
- Assess market requirements through data analysis and stakeholder management
- Proactively create and tailor learning materials to market-fit local customer needs including live delivery, webinars and video formats
- Pilot new training approaches built to increase product and feature adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product, brand, and legal compliance
- Apply project management principles and techniques to manage complex training initiatives
- Communicates learning program impact to senior stakeholders and leveraging those insights to inform future program iterations to generate stronger business results
- Regularly represents the full Customer Learning team on cross-functional initiatives as the go-to person
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of customer program management, management consulting or operations experience
- 3+ years of instructional design, training, or L&D
- 2+ years of Instructor-Led-Training Experience (In-Person and Virtual)
- Experience supporting the South East Asia and Korea markets
- Proven ability to present confidently to senior-level stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and without much supervision
- Experience collaborating on initiatives as part of a Global team
- Experience in design, learning development, or a related field
- Video editing and voice-over recording software (AI-based or other)
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience - Skilljar
- Presentation design (Keynote/PowerPoint)
- Curriculum development
- Familiarity with adult learning theories and principles
