We are looking for a Facility Consultant to support the Facility Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. This role involves key responsibilities in maintenance, vendor management, budgeting, safety compliance and sustainability. You will help implement and optimize facility strategies aligned with organizational goals and standards.



Key Responsibilities

a) Facility Operations & Maintenance

  • Support daily operations and assist in coordinating maintenance activities
  • Monitor facility conditions and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules with the Facility Manager


b) Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Assist in managing vendors and contracts, including renewals and performance tracking
  • Ensure service quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness


c) Safety & Compliance

  • Help ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Support safety protocols, training, and emergency preparedness


d) Budget & Procurement Support

  • Track expenses and support budget planning
  • Assist in procurement decisions to ensure cost efficiency


e) Sustainability & Environmental Support

  • Support green initiatives to improve energy efficiency and waste management
  • Recommend sustainable facility practices


f) Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of facility operations and compliance
  • Assist in generating reports on performance metrics and vendor updates


g) Collaboration & Coordination

  • Act as liaison across departments and vendors
  • Coordinate facility training and communication
  • Support FM App usage and reporting with internal teams and vendors


Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Facilities Management or related certification (e.g. FMP from International Facility Management Association, IFMA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a facilities executive role
  • Proficient in vendor and project coordination
  • Familiar with FM systems and reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and a strong team player with good communications skills
