[IMMEDIATE] Intern, Digital Experience - #1093088

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Experience Intern to join our team for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing content development and publishing, collaborating with content writers, agencies, and internal teams. This role involves overseeing the publishing process with our development partner, understanding and documenting business needs, proposing user flows, and sketching UI for our website and mobile app. Additionally, the candidate will manage the development partner from briefing to deployment and ensure that all website and app offers are accurately published. This position is in preparation for the exciting launch of the Singapore Oceanarium.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with content writers, agencies, and internal teams to develop and write content.
• Manage the content publishing process with the development partner.
• Understand and document business needs and requirements.
• Propose user flows and sketch UI for the website and/or mobile app to address the business requirements.
• Manage the development partner from briefing, development, UAT, to deployment for the enhancements/changes to the website and mobile app.
• Work with internal SMEs to ensure tickets, promotions, add-ons, and special experiences are available on the website and mobile app.
• Populate the internal system to publish offers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with content development and publishing processes.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design and user flow documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with website and mobile app development processes is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
