VP Corporate Communications Lead - #1093075

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for raising the corporate profile of the bank in Singapore through the communication of key corporate messages to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the bank’s strategic objectives and marketing/outreach campaigns with media and PR activities
• Generate and evaluate new ideas for articles, press releases, events
• Ensure coordination and consistency with desired organization image
• Monitoring and managing the organization’s public image, including through leadership profiling and thought leadership
• Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve communication objectives
• Writing/editing external communication pieces, periodicals, and management speeches
• Crisis communications management

Requirements

• Degree (preferably in Journalism or Communications)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in journalism preferred, or
• Minimum 8 years in a public relations and media engagement role
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Social-media savvy
• Detail-oriented, able to manage projects when necessary
• Creative, motivated, inspiring and resourceful
