Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure that product merchandising is in place and aligned with the brand and company standards
- Conduct regular market analysis to assess product performance and competition
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities, ensuring timely execution
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer preferences and trends
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet consumer demands
- Prepare reports on product performance, sales trends, and merchandising effectiveness
- Develop and implement strategic plans for all categories
- Establish collaborative retailer/supplier relationships
- Develop, implement and manage an optimum product mix that focuses on customers' needs and brand imaging
- Develop and implement promotional plans
- Develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales report
- Monitor and report sales activities and follow up for management
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
- Any other duties assigned by the management
- Degree in Business, or related field
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
