A purpose-driven platform in the clean energy space is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief People Officer (CPO) / Head of People & Culture to help build a truly people-first, impact-led organization.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the HPC will lead people strategy across all business functions and geographies. You’ll help shape the company’s culture, workforce model, and leadership pipeline to support rapid expansion and long-term success. This role combines strategic foresight with hands-on execution across People & Culture, Talent, Organizational Development, and Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the People & Culture strategy across a diverse, high-growth, multi-country organization.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and ELT on all people matters.
- Build and scale leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning across Asia.
- Develop a compelling employer brand and drive talent attraction for critical functions like engineering, operations, and corporate roles.
- Lead organization design, cultural transformation, and change management initiatives.
- Champion DEI, engagement, and wellbeing programs aligned with company values.
- Design modern, equitable compensation and benefits structures across markets.
- Oversee HR operations, systems, compliance, and people analytics.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience, including 5+ years at the executive level.
- Proven success scaling people functions across multinational or regionally scaled businesses—ideally within energy, infrastructure, or high-growth industrial sectors.
- Experience leading cultural transformation, leadership development, and cross-border workforce strategies.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running.
- Deep understanding of employment law, talent trends, and regulatory environments across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Passionate about building inclusive, high-performance cultures.
- Strong track record in people analytics, change management, and team leadership.
