Executive Director – Program Management/PMO – Wealth Management - #1093052

We are currently partnering with a leading international bank who are have a strong and growing presence in the Asia region

They are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join their team, specifically focusing on the management and delivery of large-scale transformation projects within their Wealth Management business.

This role will be responsible for supporting the following:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for large-scale, cross-functional wealth management programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Programs will include system implementations/upgrades, regulatory compliance, client onboarding, digital transformation.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution on time and within budget.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Create and present KPIs, dashboards, and project reports to drive transparency and informed decision-making.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to maximize efficiency and meet program goals.
• Champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across all projects.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 15+ years of Program Management experience, with strong Wealth Management / Private Banking experience including understanding of Wealth Management products, services and best practices
• Experience in delivering large-scale projects and driving digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with Avaloq preferred
