Cana Consulting is partnering with a leading oil & gas player in search of a KYC Specialist.

Role Overview

This role involves conducting thorough due diligence, confirming identities, and evaluating risk levels to adhere to regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the completeness of client identification information and perform necessary due diligence for onboarding new business relationships, including checks against relevant databases.
• Validate the accuracy of client documentation, including ownership details and other key information.
• Identify potential risks associated with new business relationships by assessing them according to established guidelines.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of client identification records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as business, law, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to client identification, anti-financial crime, and sanctions.
• Experience or knowledge in a specific trading sector is beneficial.
• Strong team collaboration and clear communication skills with business partners and stakeholders.
