We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive International Logistics Specialist/Supervisor to join our team! You’ll be playing a key role in planning and executing efficient, cost-effective export operations across global markets including Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region. Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage export logistics plans for shipments from China, Vietnam, and Thailand to overseas markets.
2. Coordinate courier, air, and sea freight shipments—ensuring timely, safe, and cost-efficient deliveries.
3. Handle the preparation and verification of all export documentation and customs paperwork.
4. Liaise with suppliers, procurement, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international colleagues to resolve shipping and logistics issues.
5. Maintain accurate shipping records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
6. Support the identification and onboarding of new logistics partners and channels to improve overall service levels.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
2. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
3. Familiar with international shipping processes and customs clearance procedures.
4. Highly detail-oriented, accountable, and a fast learner with great organizational skills.
5. A strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office—especially Excel.
