Customer Success Manager – Sydney
Looking to kick-start your career in sales? We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our clients Singapore team! This role offers the chance to prospect into companies of various sizes and industries and learn from well-established and proven performers on a global scale.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll work with their customers, ensuring they maximize the value of their AI-powered platform. You’ll build lasting relationships, drive product adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers from onboarding to long-term success
- Develop and execute adoption strategies for businesses of all sizes
- Conduct training sessions and provide product best practices
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to optimize customer experience
- Represent Luminance at global industry events and customer meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within a support, onboarding or customer success background.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2:1 / 3.5 GPA+) in a scientific or analytical field
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in presenting to diverse audiences
- Passion for customer success and cutting-edge technology
Salary:
Up to $75k base + super + bonus
