About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to join our operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring we always have the right amount of stock, our processes flow smoothly, and our supply chain—from factory to customer—is running efficiently. You'll work closely with factories, logistics partners, and internal teams to streamline operations and implement improvements where needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Inventory Planning & Forecasting (60%)

• Monitor stock levels across warehouses and suggest replenishment plans
• Forecast inventory needs based on historical trends and current sales
• Raise POs and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
• Analyse sell-through data and help plan for future product needs
• Identify stock risks (overstock, understock) and propose solutions

Supply Chain Coordination (20%)

• Work with factories to confirm production timelines and shipping schedules
• Ensure accurate shipping info from factory > port > warehouse > customer
• Track shipments and liaise with logistics partners to resolve delays
• Confirm goods received match expected quantities

Continuous Improvement & Operations (20%)

• Provide feedback to improve product quality based on recurring issues
• Identify inefficiencies or manual bottlenecks in inventory handling
• Support the implementation of a barcode system for inventory tracking

Who You Are:

• Fresh graduate or some experience in business / supply chain / logistics
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen eye for detail
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; bonus if familiar with inventory software
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• A self-starter who wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
