MARKETING MANAGERS

The promotion of products and services through various channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. We are looking for experienced candidates to assist with the planning, execution and optimization of our online and stores marketing efforts.

Working closely in our marketing team, the ideal candidates must have a passion for all things marketing and technology. Candidates must be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to secure growing revenue and is tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign both online and offline. 

The international brands we represent include ORIJEN, ACANA, ARTERO, #1 ALL SYSTEMS, GEIB.

SPECIALIZATIONS (2 positions)

1. Outbound/Inbound - content creations, SNS management, influencers management, acquire, monitor, analyze and improve organic or paid traffic
2. Event/Commerce - fairs, roadshows and showroom (domestic and overseas), E-commerce and visual merchandizing.

Responsibilities

Outbound/Inbound - Take charge of the launch of optimized online adverts through various SNS channels to increase awareness. Work on and monitor the contents to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines. Set goals, track conversions, and measure success of influencer program. Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels. Arrange and schedule the contents on all social media platforms like FB, IG, YouTube, TikTok, etc. 
Using the data collected, focuses both on the creation and enhancement of online adverts and webpages to improve their rankings in organic search results and on the use and optimization of paid advertisements. Also take cares of CRM and our exclusive B2C marketing activities.

Event/Commerce - Manages the complete process of an event/function/roadshow either local or overseas including planning stage, running the actual event itself - operational and administrative functions to ensure event is delivered efficiently. Ensures event is in line with company's overall marketing strategy and attracts the right target audience. Able to analyze and present post-event evaluation. Plan and update the marketing materials of ongoing promotions in various e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon etc.) and with our trusted partners (Pet Lovers Centre, Pets' Station, Catsmart, etc) including all our SNS platforms by taking charge of the creation of memorable digital contents, eye-catching POP marketing materials & fabulous websites/online stores.

Requirements:

• minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
• minimum 8 years marketing experience.
• minimum 4 years specialization marketing experience.
• Great organizational skills with experience meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive and results-driven attitude.
• Passionate in brand marketing.
• Experience in content marketing.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work on weekends.
• Well-Groomed.
