Process customer orders
Coordinate air freight shipments and transport arrangement
Import/export permit declarations and customs clearance
Liaise and source for the cargo space with different airlines to plan the flights to destination
Dispatch/carry out CNW ground operations
Work with CNW internal customers on process improvements
Help craft SOPs and Work Instruction/Improvements
Cut AWB, transmit FWB/FHL to airlines/terminals, declare permit and CMD
Sales support
Good team player
Undertake other duties as requested
Shift work: 0900-1800 / 1400-2300
Rotating 5 working days per week
2 off days
