Responsibilities:

• Execute the project management duties and ensure all key milestones are met within the schedule

• Generate the master project schedule and monitor project executions milestones

• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to carry out the implementation works of the project

• Monitor respective functions responsibilities and ensure project milestones are on track

• Coordinate and Lead the Factory Acceptance Test with customers and distributors

• Ensure all documentations are agreed and endorsed for delivery

• Schedule and coordinate the on-site testing and ensured smooth transition to the aftermarket team

• To provide the first level technical support during project execution

• Work with engineering team on project feasibility studies and assist Industrial Solution team to generate project cost estimation in term of project management activities

• Submit a monthly report on the project status to highlight key issue or concern relating to the project delivery and milestones

• Provide engineering support on 3rd party product and drawings for submittals purpose.

• Participate in continuous improvement project

• Work with interplant associates on deliveries, factory tests and project documentation

• Work closely with scheduler, customer service team and the production team, update projects status in weekly project meeting

• Attend weekly site meeting with the main con and consultant if required

• Manage site installations work and ensure completion within stipulated timeline

• Coordinate and work with sub-contractors on site installations work, drawings, and materials submittals

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• At least 3 years of experience in project management

• Excellent ability of organization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

• Positive attitude and committed to tasks dedicated
