• Position            : Music/Arts Studio Receptionist - Retail Hours (Upper Changi Rd) - Up to $4,500

• Location            : Upper Changi Road 

• Working hours       : 5 Days Retail Hours (4 Weekdays + Sunday)

• Salary (commensurate with experience)          : Up to $4500 + Performance Bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave

• Duration            : Permanent 

• Industry            : Arts/Music Studio

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

• Coordinate operational tasks, such as scheduling and inventory management

• Provide customer service and support for students, parents, and visitors

• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

• Oversee scheduling, studio bookings, and teacher availability

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports

• Assist with events, such as recitals and open houses

• Other ad-hoc activities assigned 

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration, arts

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, studio coordination, or administration

• Experience in music schools, performing arts organizations, or educational institutions is preferred

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
