We’re searching for a Principal Engineer to be part of our Diffusion (WET) Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for establishing systems/guidance in sustenance and improvement of equipment performance indices to meet/ exceed operations goals.

What you will be working on:

• Responsible for daily operations in the Diffusion WET Equipment Module.

• Perform corrective & preventive maintenance on equipment to maintain good quality & productivity performance.

• Provide 24×7 support for troubleshooting equipment & problem solving in Factory operations floor.

• Maintain documentations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes.

• Develop continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and cost of ownership.

• Drive innovation in factory automation, processes and systems to improve productivity.

• Coordinate, supervise & develop a team of high performance equipment engineers.

More about you:

• Degree in Chemical/Electrical & Electronics/Materials/Mechanical/Microelectronics/Physics or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years working experience in WET equipment or related module

• Highly motivated & strong team player

• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills

• Quality 1st mindset & strong analytical, problem solving skills
