Job Details:
• Location: Tuas (Nearest Mrt: Gulway)
• Salary: $5000-$5500 Basic
• Working hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours
• Duration: May - 7 Months (Maternity Cover)

Job Scope:
• Prepare and analyze MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) reports and PPV (Purchase Price Variance) reports to monitor cost efficiency and procurement performance.
• Oversee daily accounting, tracking, and reporting of fixed assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in quarterly financial forecasting and annual budget preparation, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate in financial audits and SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting / ACCA
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant analysis and forecast experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel - Pivot Table/Vlookup)
• Hands on / Knowledge in SAP is required
