Job description:

• Refine the Stage 2 implementation plan by developing detailed project schedules, defining key milestones, allocating resources efficiently, and incorporating risk management strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clearly define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Coordinate closely with software developers, operations, and business teams to ensure that the system fulfils all functional and technical requirements.

• Partner with inventory planners to develop equipment combination sets, mapping relationships between equipment items that can be bundled to reduce planning time. This involves working closely with field teams to ensure practical implementation and aligning expectations on equipment set disciplines. The project manager must monitor progress with the planning team and oversee tasks such as inventory system updates and testing check-in/check-out use cases.

• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations to organize the storage and racking system, ensuring each inventory item has a designated location within the system. Use equipment dimensions to build a logical and efficient storage catalogue that integrates with the inventory management system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably with a focus on system implementation.

• Demonstrated success in managing inventory system deployments or similar software-related projects.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
