Sales Coordinator - #1092499

• Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
• Location: Tampines North, East Region

Job Scope:

• Provide comprehensive support to customers before, during, and after the sales process, both internally and externally.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales prospects and assess client needs.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
• Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns.
• Regularly create and present reviews and reports containing sales and financial data.
• Ensure stock availability for sales and product demonstrations.
• Represent the company in meetings or conferences as needed.
• Negotiate, close deals, and handle customer complaints or objections effectively.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, distributors, resellers, manufacturers, and other relevant parties to negotiate pricing and manage quotations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve improved results and meet targets.
• Collect customer or prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Project, IT, and Technical teams to ensure smooth handover of tasks and meet client needs for top-notch service delivery.
• To abide to, and champion, the company's physical laptop security policy.
• To perform any other relevant tasks as and when required.
