A. JOB ROLE  

Prospecting, Enrolment, Withdrawal and Promotions 

• Handle and manage Prospecting, Enrolment and Customer Service for assigned centres in a cluster 
• Update prospects on Centre vacancy status regularly (weekly) and record/log in SMART system. 
• To plan and review Centre Enrolment Projections on the 3rd or 4th week of the month. (Once a year planning, update and review monthly) 
• Calling of Prospects to confirm the date, time, physical tour or zoom for centre tour 
• To offer vacancies if available and brief prospect on how to complete the enrolment forms correctly, Fees structure and payment mode, subsidies matter (working status etc.) Operational / Programme hours and fix the appointment with them. 
• • To observe and adhere to Skool4Kidz's policy to comply with all applicable primary and data protection laws in accordance with the Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) 
• Update prospects on Centre vacancy status regularly (weekly) and record/log in our in-house system. 

Reporting and Documentation 

• Check and ensure the whole set of forms and documents are complete and accurate before inputting into the database. 
•  To provide updates of their centres enrolment and submitting reports to management on a weekly basis. 
•  Preparation/submission/presentation of management reports

B. Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Certificates in any field.
• Minimal 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Able to adapt to fast pace
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
