Operations Manager (Maintenance of Bus & Taxi Shelters) - #1092432

Job Description

As the Manager, you will be responsible to support the full-service operations of all our business.

1. You will task assignments to the team members, plan and implement the maintenance, repairs, cleaning and posting rosters.

2. Process posting data and ensure 100% posting accuracy.

3. Updating daily reports and ensure the Operations workflow and data are updated by the stakeholders.

4. Safety management of the operations team and compliance with WSH regulations

5. Liaise closely with clients on any issues that are related to our operations

6. Ensure the team responds & attend to all feedback within the required timeline.

7. Assist HOD in the preparation and management of annual operations budget

8. Resource & manpower forecasting to ensure the team is well equipped to complete all assignments efficiently

9. Review operations processes from time to time to ensure relevance

10. Identifying good vendors/business partners, building & maintaining good relations

Requirements

1. The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma in Facilities Management from a recognised institution

2. At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar industry.

3. Has a valid class 3 driving license

4. Computer literacy is a must

5. Familiar with BCA submission process & digital knowledge will be added advantages

6. Well-versed on Workplace Safety & Health regulations

7. Good analytical skills

8. Good command of spoken and written English Language.

9. Willingness to work beyond office hours as we manage a 24/7 operations.
