About the role

China Railway 11 Bureau Group Corporation (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced Architectural Supervisor to join our team in the Boon Lay West Region. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the architectural aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of architectural design teams, ensuring project plans and specifications are followed accurately

• Reviewing architectural drawings and designs to identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies

• Liaising with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to address questions, concerns or changes related to the architectural elements of the project

• Monitoring construction progress to ensure architectural work is completed on schedule and within budget

• Ensuring all architectural work complies with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Architectural Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry, preferably with LTA project experience.

• Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and construction practices

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
