• Create precise mechanical designs, including 3D models and technical drawings, using CAD tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize designs aligned with project goals.

• Conduct engineering analyses and simulations to validate design performance, safety, and compliance.

• Choose suitable materials and components with consideration for cost-efficiency, functionality, and durability.

• Assist in prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting to refine and improve product designs.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure manufactured parts meet design specs and perform quality inspections upon delivery.

• Provide technical support to departments like Production and Repairs to address customer inquiries and product issues.

• Maintain thorough documentation for designs, revisions, BOMs, and overall project progress.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Design, or related discipline.

• Proficient in SolidWorks and familiar with engineering simulation tools (e.g., FEA, CFD).

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, material selection, and industry standards.

• High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
