OFFICE BASE - 6 MONTHS CONTRACT
Maintain and organize EHS records and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports for management on EHS statistics and performance.
Schedule and coordinate safety trainings, audits, and meetings.
Conduct safety orientation for new staff.
Handle procurement of safety equipment/tools and manage inventory.
Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources for safety initiatives.
Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and company policies.
Administrate and implement an effective Environmental Safety and Health Management System (EHSMS) in accordance with prevailing legislation and preparation for external audits.
Assist Group TWSH Division to organize TWSH events.
Check and monitor First Aid Box and update floor register.
Support to prepare safety related document for tender submission.
Circulate TWSH related information.
Maintain and monitor the Company certificate and awards (bizSAFE Star, bizSAFE Partner, GGBA, other awards).
Handle admin matters for safety software (InSight QSE, Safety Max, etc.)
Any other duties related to Group TWSH matters as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
GCE A-Level or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health and safety).
1-2 years of experience in EHS administration or a related field.
Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
