Partnering a Global Investment Firm, our client is known for its diverse and collaborative culture. As part of their local expansion, we are seeking to onboard a Client Services Associate to support the operations team.

About The Job

• Liaise with third party administrators to ensure that all investments are transacted accurately in a timely manner
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders including custodians, trustees and etc.
• Respond and support client queries
• Assist in account opening process and ensuring all documents adhere to regulatory requirements
• Submission of quarterly or monthly client statements
  
  

Skills And Experience Required

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business or other related fields
• At last 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel
