Accounts and Admin Executive

Job duties:

• Manage full set of accounts – receivable, payable, expenses and bank reconciliation.
• Posting of Sales and Purchase entries and follow up overdue invoices.
• Prepare closing of accounts at the end of each month.
• Responsible for GST submission and filing Year-End income tax.
• Handle general office admin as well as HR admin.

Job requirements:

• Must have good knowledge of financial management and accounting standards.
• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years working experience with full sets of books and taxation
• Proficiency in MYOB or other accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial keeping.
