- Mon to Fri, 830am-530pm
- Salary up $4800 + AWS + bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to the end-users.
- Analyze and diagnose technical issues reported by users and determine appropriate solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Involve in planning, testing, and deploying new technologies or solutions.
- Procurement of new software and hardware.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT or other relevant field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support
