- Good functional understanding of PeopleSoft SIS application covering Student Services, Admissions Processes, Recruitment, Registration, Academic History, Academic Advising, Degree Planning, Degree Audit, Student Financials, Campus Community
- Configure, customize and maintain PeopleSoft applications to support business processes and workflows.
- Regularly evaluate and enhance the PeopleSoft SIS application functionality to maximize efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to meet evolving needs.
- Engage with colleges and universities to understand their functional need and align project objectives with client requirements through effective communication.
- Ability to accurately document and articulate current and desired required functional processes with detailed steps and responsible stakeholders throughout the life cycle. Identifying complex and potentially dysfunctional processes based on historical practices and data needed.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for PeopleSoft enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for PeopleSoft modules.
- Conduct training sessions and develop user documentation to utilise PeopleSoft functionality effectively.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to integrate PeopleSoft with other systems and applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement data integrations, interfaces, and reporting solutions within the PeopleSoft environment.
