Facilities Technician - #1035602

Responsibilities:

• Carry out routing daily checklist for critical equipment
• Supervise and supervision of regular vendor to carry out preventive maintenance.
• Must have knowledge and background of ACMV, chiller, cooling tower and air compressor.
• Monitoring of BMS (building monitoring system)
• Willing to learn security system such as CCTV and card reader access.
• Able to use computer to create power point, excel sheet and Microsoft work and outlook.
• First contact to response user request such as power trip, water leak, plumbing and sanitary, provide printer paper deliver, adjust door, light replacement, etc.
• To support event set up table, chairs, and PA system.
• Self-motivate and self-initiative to troubleshooting to sort out defeat to reinstate with shortest possible time.
• Able to manage and record documentation such as material inventory, check list etc.
• Carry out emergency generator and fire pump test run, PA system testing by weekly basic.
• Able to work flexible working hours with over time if required

Requirements:

• Min NITEC in Engineering with at least 1 year of experience as Facilities Technician in a manufacturing company.
• Willing to work on rotating shift (AM and PM shift - No overnight shift)
