Job Responsibilities

• Leading a team of service engineers by supervising, guiding and motivating for smooth operations and effective collaboration to achieve team goals.
• Perform day to day management of the team in coordination, distribution and execution of scheduled and unscheduled works to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Support the daily activities to a team of service engineers in analytical troubleshooting of technical problems, on-site maintenance of equipment and attending to equipment abnormalities if necessary.
• Perform quality controls and ensure all contractual KPIs and requirements are met.
• Ensure staff are trained to be competent in performing their work.
• Review service reports and be prepared to address all variances. Submit monthly report to Department Manager

Working Location: Tuas

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am – 5.30pm

Salary Range: Up to $7000 Basic + Average 2 months Bonus

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or in a relevant field plus 5 years of experience in electronics or mechatronics working environment
• Experience in managing field support service activities
• Willingness to be on standby schedule if required
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Able to be on 24/7 standby if required
• Singaporeans only
